Ergo are seeking a Technical Account Manager for a permanent role with our client in Dublin. As a Technical Account Manager you will work with an established client book to help identify and recommend IT solutions in terms of OS upgrades, IT Security and infrastructure enhancements.
This role will suit someone who has strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack who is seeking a client-facing role. Training will be provided (if required) to address any knowledge gaps in areas such as network, firewall and cyber security products.
Exceptional communication skills are vital.
