What You'll Bring:
2+ years in technical recruiting, ideally in-house within a fast-paced environment.
A strong grasp of Engineering profiles and the ability to engage talent in meaningful conversations about our roadmap and vision.
You track pipeline health, share trends, and influence decisions using metrics.
You thrive when trusted by leaders and love helping them build high-performing teams.
A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, you know it's about rethinking every part of the process, not just widening the top of the funnel.
Familiarity with ATS tools (we use Greenhouse), sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
