Who you are
5+ years of technical recruiting experience at scale, with at least two years owning full-cycle searches
Experience recruiting for GTM roles is a plus, as you may flex into recruiting for these teams at times
Comfort using applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and interest in exploring how AI can enhance recruiting workflows
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust with candidates and senior-level stakeholders
