Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key driver of IMMENSA’s growth by leading end-to-end recruitment across all business functions. Based in Cairo and working on-site at IMMENSA’s office, this role is responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing top-tier talent from local, regional, and international markets to support the Company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially-minded recruiter with deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing full-cycle in-house hiring processes and sourcing highly qualified professionals from diverse global talent pools.
