Opportunity:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in technical recruitment, while also being comfortable hiring across a diverse range of non-technical roles. This role is critical to supporting Turium’s scale-up phase across engineering, AI/ML, product, design, delivery, corporate, and India-based operations.

You will own end-to-end hiring, build high-quality pipelines, and partner directly with senior leaders to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time.

What you’ll be working on:

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, product, design) and non-technical roles (Finance, Delivery, Operations).
• Sustain a high standard of candidate care, ensuring timely updates, clear expectations, and a respectful process even during high-volume intake periods.
• Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and employer-branding activities.
• Run recruitment operations including job postings, screening, interview coordination, dashboards, reporting, and hiring metrics.
• Support Turium’s India expansion with targeted sourcing strategies and market-specific insights.
• Work closely with People & Culture on onboarding, documentation, and improving recruitment processes.

What we are looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within tech, consulting, or high-growth environments.
• Must be available to work AEST/AEDT hours.
• Proven experience hiring for engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, product, and design roles.
• Strong ability to recruit across non-technical functions as well.
• Demonstrated success managing large candidate pipelines without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions across all levels of the business.
