About your role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. We are headquartered in Singapore with an office in the US, expanding hiring globally for remote roles while also expanding the local team in markets that we have presence in. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment efforts across various teams globally, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently.
As a
Talent Acquisition Associate
, you will own the sourcing, screening, and candidate management pipeline across the company globally. You’ll work directly with leadership to build high-quality hiring processes that scale as we grow.
What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Manage candidates across various job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, Indeed, Jobstreet etc.) and direct outreach for internships and full time roles
Requirements
- 1–3 years of TA Experience hiring for tech roles (engineers, product, data) and/or GTM roles (sales, marketing, ops)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM systems
- Strong phone screening and interviewing skills; ability to assess technical and soft skills credibly
- Comfort and willingness to learn how to leverage on AI tools to increase pipeline generation capacity and efficiency, to improve candidate interview experience.
- Deep Singapore market knowledge, including regional hiring norms, visa sponsorship
- Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple concurrent requisitions
- Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early and iterates on feedback
Nice to Have
- TA experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific hiring challenges (talent scarcity, regional compensation expectations)
- Exposure to sourcing automation, AI tools, or process optimization
- Track record of improving hiring quality metrics (retention, time-to-productivity)
