This position will support U.S. defense programs and involves access to export-controlled information. Applicants must be authorized to access such information in accordance with applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Position Summary

PredictiveIQ LLC is seeking a Systems Integration and Verification Engineer to support delivery of software and technical artifacts for an Army ground vehicle Vehicle Health Management System effort. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, software integration, verification, and technical delivery.

The engineer will help integrate PredictiveIQ runtime software, diagnostics, and health-evidence outputs into a broader VHMS and Maintenance Support Device environment developed with external partners. The work includes interface definition, requirements traceability, integration support, verification and qualification support, and preparation of technical artifacts required for compliant delivery.

This is an execution-focused role. The right candidate is comfortable working across engineering disciplines, resolving ambiguities quickly, and helping turn a complex software and systems effort into testable, reviewable, and deliverable program outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in systems integration, systems engineering, software integration, verification and test, or defense software delivery.
• Experience working with technical requirements, interface definitions, test procedures, defect tracking, and traceability.
• Ability to read and work from system specifications and translate them into concrete engineering tasks and deliverables.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear engineering documentation, test artifacts, and delivery materials.
• Ability to work effectively across disciplines and with external partners in a fast-moving program environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE, SysML, Cameo, or similar model-based systems engineering tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with vehicle systems, IVHM or VHMS, condition-based maintenance, sustainment systems, or onboard diagnostics.
• Experience with Linux environments, Python, C or C++, API and interface testing, or edge-deployed analytics.
• Experience supporting formal verification, qualification testing, software safety documentation, or defense program reviews.
• Familiarity with JA6268, ISO 13374, GCIA-aligned integration concepts, or Army maintenance and logistics environments.
• Experience with software delivery artifacts such as SBOMs, interface control materials, software version descriptions, and test reports.
• Military or defense-industry experience related to vehicle diagnostics, HUMS, CBM, maintenance systems, or tactical platforms.
