Job Description:
As a Systems & Data Architect (IT&OT) at EthonAI, you will engage directly with our customers, help them integrate our software into the local IT&OT systems, using data and analysis to understand their pain points, and leverage your insights to shape product development. You will work cross-functionally with partners across Product, Engineering, and Sales, using a data-driven approach to ensure we are empowering our customers to get the most out of our EthonAI products.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, including visiting their factories, to understand and solve their pain points.
• Help integrate EthonAI's tools in factory IT&OT systems to provide proofs of value and additional insights to customers.
• Write custom data loaders for the EthonAI platform, in collaboration with engineers and customers.
• Work cross-functionally with the product, engineering, and sales teams to provide the customers’ point of view, helping us perfect our platform and product offering.

Your Experience & Skills

• Hold an academic degree from a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree for recent graduates or a Bachelor's backed with real-world experience.
• Have worked with at least one of the following technologies: SCADA, MQTT, OPC UA, or REST.
• Enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems.
• Have working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to understand customer pain points.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & German.
