Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand processes, capture requirements, and translate needs into actionable Agile Features and Stories.
Own delivery accountability for assigned initiatives-coordinating across business teams, vendors, and IT to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Your Experience
Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field).
2+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
Understanding of IT systems architecture, business process design, and solution delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with one or more Supply Chain applications: SAP ECC/S4, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder WMS, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Experience working in Agile and/or Continuous Delivery environments.
Understanding of Supply Chain business processes-particularly in Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or Order Management.
Proven skill in translating between business and technical concepts, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in influencing and driving results in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
Exposure to vendor management and outsourced IT service delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new business processes and systems.
Travel up to 10% annually.
Compensation
Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.Our Benefits
