In this role as System Performance Support (all genders) , you will be an essential part of an experienced team responsible for ensuring the best performance of our product in parking areas.

What To Expect

• Performance Analysis: You will analyze the performance of our parking space monitoring systems and identify anomalies in detail.
• Optimization and Problem Solving: You will implement measures to solve problems regarding license plate recognition, with the goal of constantly optimizing quality and applying these insights to new parking areas.
• Continuous Improvement: You will contribute new ideas to help steadily improve our processes.
• Responsibility: Your contribution will play a significant role in the success of our team.

Inspire Us By

• Your Background: Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical field, or higher education.
• Your Strengths and Interests: You have a good understanding of data and strong spatial awareness. You are interested in technology.
• Your Way of Working: You work with high precision and have a keen eye for maintaining quality standards.
• IT Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis with Excel. You are prepared to execute existing scripts.
• Language Skills: You are a strong communicator in English and ideally speak German.
• Nice to Have: You have already gained initial experience in process optimization, data analysis, or quality management.
