We are looking for an experienced System Engineer

with strong leadership potential to coordinate team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of simulator systems, ensuring technical tasks are completed on time, and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration and task distribution.
Project Oversight: Monitor the system engineering lifecycle (V-model) from requirement gathering to final testing.
Technical Design: Assist in designing system architectures and ensuring hardware/software components work together seamlessly.
Technical Liaison: Act as a focal point for technical discussions between the engineering team and project stakeholders.
Documentation & Quality: Maintain and review technical documentation and ensure the system meets safety and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or integration (experience in electronics or complex systems is a plus).
Leadership: Prior experience as a Team Lead or having the strong desire and capability to step into a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of electronics (embedded systems), computer networking, and system integration.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down project requirements into clear technical tasks for the team.
Problem Solving: Practical troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues during the integration phase.
Communication: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) for technical coordination.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or related).
