Here's where your expertise comes into play:

We are looking for a talented software engineer to help Glacier scale by keeping all of our robots and edge devices operational. You will be responsible for doing root cause analysis on issues and resolve issues when possible. Additionally, you will build tooling to enable the field service team to better support the fleet and delight customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to alerts generated by our system as well as issues raised by customers. You will be the primary software responder to issues and recommending solutions to the field service team.
• Monitor and tune the performance of deployed devices to maximize the robots impact.
• Support the deployment of new devices to our ever growing fleet.
• Build tooling to enable the field service team to handle more issues and respond quicker to problems.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of work experience with Python, Ubuntu/Linux, Git
• 2+ years working through the command line for both local and remote systems.
• At least 1 year of work experience working on projects that integrate hardware and software.
• English Fluency as you will be working with a US based team (B2 or higher)
