Role Description The System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for maintaining and optimizing Harland’s IT infrastructure. This role includes administering servers, workstations, and core applications; managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings; and overseeing system backups and disaster recovery procedures. The System Administrator will monitor system performance, apply patches and updates, and ensure high availability and reliability of network and systems. Daily responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues, responding to service requests, and providing hands-on technical support to team members across departments. The role collaborates with IT leadership and vendors to implement improvements, enhance cybersecurity, and support ongoing technology projects aligned with business needs.
