The Role As a System Administrator at Unframe, you will own the day-to-day operation of our IT, cloud, and endpoint environments. This is a hands-on sysadmin and internal IT support role , focused on reliability, security, and great employee experience — not a DevOps position.
You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to keep systems secure, users productive, and infrastructure running smoothly.

Administer and maintain cloud environments across GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean
Manage identity, access, and permissions across all systems
Own administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Manage Apple macOS devices using Kandji MDM
Support endpoint security tooling, including SentinelOne
Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support
Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees
Monitor system health, security posture, and operational best practices
Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes
Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)
Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management
Strong familiarity with macOS environments
Working knowledge of security tools and security best practices
Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting
Fluent English (written and spoken)
