We are looking for System Administrator and IT Support to manage and secure a mixed environment of Windows and Linux endpoints , providing first-level technical support to all company users and ensuring consistent security policies and compliance across all devices regardless of operating system.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management and FleetDM for Linux systems, while ensuring alignment with ISO 27001:2022 requirements. Additionally, the candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for advanced endpoint protection and Wazuh SIEM for security monitoring and incident response. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for compliance and data protection will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate endpoints across Windows and Linux platforms , applying unified security policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide first and second-line technical support to users and customers (hardware, software, network, operating systems, cloud operations).
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows devices.
• Administer FleetDM for Linux endpoints.
• Implement and monitor controls to ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022 .
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts using Wazuh SIEM .
• Monitor device health, apply updates, and ensure protection against vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity committee to audit and improve cybersecurity posture.
• Document technical procedures and ensure consistent configuration standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cross-platform endpoint management .
• Proven experience in end-user technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (Windows) and FleetDM (Linux).
• Experience with Microsoft Defender .
• Hands-on experience with Wazuh SIEM .
• Experience configuring access policies, encryption, and data protection.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards, especially ISO 27001:2022 .
• Knowledge of networking and Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID / LDAP).

We will value experience in:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for compliance and data protection.
• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-300, SC-200) or similar.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of other security frameworks (NIST, GDPR).
