How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain the operational health, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure and customer-facing deployments.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of platform issues.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering and Platform DevOps teams to diagnose root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Support deployment processes, environment configurations, and release activities across multiple cloud environments.
- Improve observability through better monitoring, alerting, and logging practices.
- Assist in documenting operational procedures and enhancing system reliability through continuous improvements.
- Provide responsive technical support to internal teams and key customers when escalations occur.
