Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users and customers.
• Handle technical questions and issues regarding installation and product use.
• Improve documentation based on frequently asked questions.
• Enhance user and developer experience through direct feedback.
• Report real issues to product/SaaS teams and track fixes alongside customers.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting complex technical products.
• Experience with blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with Hardhat and Foundry.
• Experience with coding and deploying applications.
• (Optional) Experience with cryptography.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Passionate about privacy and open source.
• Willingness to travel to Paris regularly (if not residing there).
