Key Responsabilities:

• Supplier Quality & Returns: Manage supplier non-conformities and return processes, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

• BOM & ERP Management: Maintain and update Bills of Materials in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency with production requirements.

• Production Orders: Create, release, and monitor production orders in the ERP system, supporting planning and scheduling activities.

• Purchasing Support: Assist the procurement team with supplier follow-up, order tracking, and delivery monitoring.

• Master Data Management: Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of item master data in the ERP system (materials, suppliers, lead times, cost references).

• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a bridge between Supply Chain, Production, and R&D to ensure proper transfer of product and process information.

• KPI & Reporting: Prepare reports and KPI dashboards on supplier performance, production efficiency, and material availability.

• Process Improvement: Support ERP process optimization and contribute to internal procedures for supplier management, production order handling, and returns.

• Audit & Compliance Support: Assist during internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, quality standards).

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Understanding of supply chain flows, BOM structures, and supplier quality processes.
• Experience in quality management with mechanical components and/or PCBs is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with effective communication across departments.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
