Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance through innovative process improvements and data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our supply chain strategies and contribute to our company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing process improvement.
Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchasing to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Manage demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control using advanced ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
Utilize supply chain analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead logistics operations to optimize transportation routes, warehouse management, and distribution processes for timely delivery and reduced lead times.

Qualifications

3+ years in previous supply chain management.
BA or BFA degree required.
Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Pay: $49,106.29 - $59,138.75 per year
