Most early-career structural engineering roles look the same: a large firm, a narrow slice of a large project, years of drafting before you touch a real design decision. We're not that.

We are building the kind of structural engineering practice that most engineers only read about — real projects, real stakes, and real mentorship. AKC ANUV works on high-impact public infrastructure — the bridges, viaducts, and foundations that cities are actually built on. That metro station outside your house? Our engineers may have had a hand in it.

What you will do

• Design structures independently from base instructions — not assist, design
• Build analytical models, run checks, and own your calculations end to end
• Defend every design decision with clarity and confidence
• Work directly with senior engineers on projects of national and international significance
• Engage with GAUDI, our AI engineering wing, to help change how the discipline operates

Who you are

• Early Career Structural Engineer
• BTech / MTech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Comfortable with STAAD.Pro and Excel
• You genuinely understand structural behaviour — not just the software, but why the structure does what it does
• You can explain and defend a design under scrutiny
• High ownership, low hand-holding required

Some experience preferred. Exceptional freshers considered.
