About Us At Reflection, we are building American, frontier open-source models and looking to scale our team rapidly. We’ve assembled a world-class team that has driven major breakthroughs in large language models and reinforcement learning over the past decade, serving as research and technical leads on some of the most capable AI systems ever created.
We’re looking for a to help us quickly scale out operations.
You will partner closely with founders, engineering, research, and business teams to drive high-priority projects across the company — from GTM strategy and, data and automation, partnerships, internal operations and org scaling. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented: able to think big picture, but a builder at heart.
