Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johannesburg for a Strategy Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and driving new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing lead generation strategies, and building strong client relationships. The Strategy Business Development professional will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives. Candidates will also contribute to creating goals and analyzing data to inform effective decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and market research skills to assess industry trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas and strategies effectively to key stakeholders and partners.
Proven experience in lead generation and the ability to develop and execute strategies for securing new business opportunities.
Customer service capabilities for relationship building, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in strategic planning and a results-oriented mindset to contribute toward organizational goals.
