As Greenly grows to become the leading sustainability platform in the world, we need to structure our growth more than ever and efficiently track our KPIs to make informed strategic decisions📈

Greenly's leadership is currently held by our CEO and COO, who oversee the heads of departments and regions. We are looking for an highly ambitious and proactive student to function as their right hand by providing support in tracking the various tasks involved, measure each teams' KPIs and operationally execute the strategy. 🛠️

🌱 Your main tasks and responsibilities :

• Tracking and analysing KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform the company's strategic decisions 📊
• Monitoring the progress of various teams (Sales, Account Managers, Delivery, Partnerships) and projects 📈
• Providing support in drafting presentations for strategic clients, partners, and investors 💡
• Project management for key initiatives 🤝

🌱 What we're looking for :

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, are highly ambitious and autonomous, and ready to drive key strategic initiatives from day one.
• You are pursuing a high-achieving degree in fields such as Business, Finance, Engineering, and are intensely curious about the entire organizational operation (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.).
• You are a data expert with strong quantitative skills and advanced fluency in Excel. CRM knowledge (e.g., Hubspot) is a major asset, and familiarity with tools like SQL or Figma is appreciated.
• You are extremely well-organized, capable of juggling multiple complex topics, and a fast learner who thrives in a demanding environment
• You can draft clear, compelling presentations for any stakeholder (investors, partners, clients). Prior experience in external communication is a huge plus.
• You have total fluency in both French and English
