About The Role As the Strategic Finance Lead, you’ll help shape the company’s growth trajectory, resource allocation, and long-term financial strategy. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance - partnering closely with executive leadership to turn company priorities into clear financial plans and tradeoffs.
You’ll own high-leverage analyses that guide where we invest, how we scale, and how we measure success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, building frameworks from first principles, and influencing senior decision-making in a fast-moving environment.

Competitive Salary
The salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000 + equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
