Role Description

This part-time, equity-based role offers a unique opportunity for a veteran leader to mentor a high-growth startup as it transitions from an R&D-heavy phase into commercial scaling . As a Strategic Board Partner & Non-Executive Director , you will provide high-level mentorship to our Managing Director (Mark Shaw) and Technical Director (Delton Goes) .

Your focus will be on our "Hub and Corridor" strategy , helping the board penetrate critical industrial zones such as the North Wales to Manchester and Liverpool to Hull corridors. Key responsibilities include:

M&A and Capital Raising: Providing consultative support for our £5,000,000 EIS growth round and future mergers or acquisitions.
Go-To-Market Execution: Guiding the commercialization of our and the manufacturing rollout of the .
