The Role We're looking for a Strategic Account Director to own one of our most important customer relationships: a strategic OEM customer with multiple entities in its corporate family. This is an enterprise multi-year engagement with stakeholders across engineering, perception, planning, and executive leadership in both the US and abroad. The customer is moving from R&D to production and the stakes are high.
You will be the single point of contact for everything related to this account. You quarterback Parallel Domain's response, you own the org map, you run the cadence, and you drive the commercial expansion. Engineers, FDEs, product, and executives all plug into the account through you.

Technical fluency is a requirement. You will be in front of sophisticated technical buyers — perception leads, simulation engineers, ML infrastructure architects — and you need to hold your own in those conversations and earn their respect. You don't need to write code, but you do need to understand the problem we solve, the architecture of how customers integrate with us, and where the hard tradeoffs live. You also need to know when to bring in our Technical Engagement Managers and Field Development Engineers for product depth.
