Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Islamabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing store staff, implementing retail strategies, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring proper loss prevention measures. The individual will foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.

• Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills for managing staff and engaging with customers
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations
• Previous experience in a retail or similar environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
