Experience Required : 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records of drones, spare parts, tools, and accessories using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requests as required.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Material Handling:
• Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials and parts.
• Ensure safe storage of electronic and delicate components.
• Manage the packing and dispatch of orders to customers, field teams, or service centers.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with the procurement, production, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Documentation:
• Maintain proper documentation for all inbound and outbound inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to warehousing and drone components.
• Warehouse Organization:
• Organize and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient store layout.
• Implement best practices for handling sensitive electronic components (e.g., ESD precautions).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in store or warehouse management; experience in drone, electronics, or aerospace industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory, SAP).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of drone components and electronics handling preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
