About Us
At THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world.
We are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution.
By joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with global reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win.
Your role:
We are looking for a Stock Controller to build and own the operational foundation that gives THEKER full visibility over its inventory, at every stage and every location.
THEKER produces robotic systems and deploys them at client sites. That means two distinct inventories to control: components and finished units in our Barcelona warehouse, and field-deployed robots living inside client operations. You will design, build, and run the processes that give operations, finance, and purchasing a reliable picture of what exists, where it sits, and what will run out next.
You will work closely with the finance team and interface directly with the engineering and operations teams to translate clean inventory data into better purchase decisions.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or FP&A roles.
Nice to have
Background in hardware, manufacturing, or industrial logistics
Experience tracking physical assets across multiple locations
Basic understanding of inventory valuation methods such as FIFO or weighted average
Spanish fluency (internal working language is Spanish)
You’ll thrive at THEKER if
You're excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we're going all in to capture it.
You want responsibility early on, delivering at world-class standards.
You enjoy building processes from scratch and making order out of ambiguity.
You're open to feedback, collaborative, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end stock control process for raw materials, semi-finished parts, and finished goods in THEKER's Barcelona warehouse
Build and maintain a field asset registry for all units deployed at client sites, including location, operational status, and service history
What We Offer
Being part of a fast-growing robotics and AI company with genuine ambition, where your career can accelerate alongside us.
The chance to build THEKER's inventory and asset control function from zero, with a clear path to growing into a broader operations or finance control role.
A focused, talent-dense team where your work is visible and your decisions count.
An environment where new ideas are encouraged and your contributions shape both the operations and the company.
100% on-site work in Barcelona.
What the process looks like
Intro call with Martín (Chief of Staff).
Business case at our offices (2h).
Conversation with the Finance and Operations teams.
These steps can be completed in 7 days.
Final Observation
We’re committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome all applications regardless of background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or beliefs.

1-3 years of experience in inventory control, operations, supply chain, or a finance-adjacent role
Comfortable working with structured data: Excel, Google Sheets, or basic ERP tools
High attention to detail and a systematic approach to organizing information
Ability to build processes in environments where none exist yet
Ownership mentality: you see a gap and close it without being asked
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site)
Run regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
Develop inventory forecasting models that give the purchasing team a reliable view of what to order and when
Define and document inventory control processes, from goods receipt through to stock depletion
Coordinate with engineering and operations to track component consumption against production output
Report monthly inventory status to Finance, flagging risks before they become problems
