Position: Clinical Researchers (STEM PhDs)

Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 15–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Work asynchronously with a team of highly qualified experts across your domain.
• Design multi-step legal workflows requiring agents to navigate court databases, extract case law citations, and analyze regulatory filings.
• Create detailed evaluation rubrics for AI agent performance.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to a project involving frontier large language models.
• Craft high-quality, challenging problems in your domain expertise with real-world applicability.

Qualifications Must-Have

• PhD from a top US/Canada/UK/New Zealand/Australia institution.
• Experience with medical/scientific databases (ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA databases, CDC data).
• Professional research experience in academia, pharma, or healthcare institutions.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.

Start Date

• Early December; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
