Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site STEM Engineer role located in Chennai. The STEM Engineer will design and implement solutions related to robotics, automation, IoT, and embedded systems. Responsibilities include developing and testing automation systems, programming PLCs and microcontrollers, and creating innovative education modules for robotics and AI. The role will also involve conducting research, collaborating with teams, and mentoring students during training programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Robotics, Automation, and IoT development, including. experience with Automation and Microcontroller-based systems.
• Proficiency in programming, Drive Configuration, and working with software tools for RPA technologies.
• Strong skills in research, testing, and product development within STEM-related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and training skills to mentor students and collaborate with academic institutions
• Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address technical challenges.
• Experience in educational program development and delivery is a plus.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
