Vos Missions En tant que stagiaire, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Support Technique d’Esker à Villeurbanne et travaillerez en lien étroit avec nos experts Machine Learning du département R&D.
L’objectif est de concevoir un agent conversationnel basé sur l’intelligence artificielle (« Support Agent »), capable d’assister les membres du support technique dans le traitement des demandes clients, et d’interagir directement avec les clients pour répondre à leurs questions.

Le stage sera organisé en sprints agiles, avec un accompagnement régulier par un tuteur dédié (Support Technique), en lien avec un référent Machine Learning (département R&D).
