What the job involves

• This is a Chief of Staff role to the CTO, responsible for the entire Engineering Operating System
• You will directly shape how engineering scales and delivers
• Design and run a world-class, high-velocity delivery system across Engineering, working seamlessly with Product and Customer Success
• Keep priorities clear and current. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama
• Identify and eliminate organizational friction, process breakdowns, and technical debt that impede delivery velocity across the organization
• Act as the source of clarity for all priorities. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama. Help shape roadmaps based on customer needs, impact, and constraints
• Use data, dashboards, and automation to surface risks, measure delivery, and eliminate systemic pain
• Help shape roadmaps and timing based on customer needs, impact, and constraints
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering leadership, maintaining org-wide focus and hard prioritization
