Who you are
8+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering, ideally building complex, high-throughput applications
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3; experience with TypeScript is highly preferred
Track record of leading projects end-to-end—from design through deployment—in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of performance profiling, frontend observability, and browser rendering internals
Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and elevate team-wide technical standards
Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-centric solutions
Passion for crafting clean, scalable, and accessible UIs
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects in a startup or high-growth company environment

Familiarity with blockchain transaction flows and client-side signing (e.g., EIP-712, ethers.js, web3.js)
