About the Role
This role will lead all aspects of the functional safety lifecycle for Standard Bots’ robotic products, including the Safety Plan and Safety Case, hazard & risk assessment (ISO 12100), system safety architecture, verification & validation, competency management, and external certification (e.g., Intertek). You will drive cross-functional coordination between hardware, firmware/software, manufacturing, and QA to deliver certifiable, production-ready robots with demonstrable safety evidence.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The expected annual base compensation for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 USD. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
