The Role We’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery and drive technical direction across a real-time, high-scale product surface. You’ll architect, build, and evolve systems spanning backend services and modern web UIs that power live calling workflows (e.g., SIP/event-driven softswitch paths, WebSocket-driven experiences, and streaming audio processing), while mentoring engineers and raising the bar for simplicity, performance, and reliability. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design—your technical judgment will directly shape the roadmap as we treat engineering, product, and design as equal partners.
