This is a true Staff-level role — high ownership, deep technical influence, and close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams.

What you’ll do:

• Design and scale distributed backend systems for complex clinical data
• Lead architectural decisions across services, data models, and APIs
• Build and improve Python-based data pipelines and production services
• Drive reliability, observability, and testing best practices
• Mentor engineers and shape long-term technical strategy
• Work hands-on with AWS, Postgres, CI/CD, cloud-first systems
