The Role
As a Staff Engineer on the Developer Experience team, you'll be the technical enabler of our AI future. You'll work at the intersection of infrastructure, tooling, and AI systems to create the developer experience that allows our engineering teams to build, deploy, and iterate on AI features at scale. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll both architect solutions and write code while mentoring engineers across the organization.
You'll have a proven track record of enabling teams to move faster and deliver higher quality through technical leadership, developer tooling, and infrastructure improvements.
Location: Remote, Preference for USA/East Coast, United Kingdom, or Portugal. The company's key engineering and product teams are based in Europe and Portugal. What You'll Do:
