We are looking for a Staff Engineer - UI to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. You will own the frontend architecture, mentor peers, and drive best practices in UI design, styling, and AI-assisted coding.
Key Responsibilities:

- Architect React applications using TypeScript, hooks, and modern state management.
- Build and maintain a reusable component library and a Tailwind CSS design-token system.
- Champion agentic AI tools to automate tasks and improve code quality.
- Solve complex frontend challenges through data-driven, innovative approaches.
- Mentor and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Establish coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

- 10+ years of frontend development experience; 5+ years with React and TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in Tailwind CSS and design tokens.
- Knowledge of module federation, independent deployment strategies, and inter-app communication.
- Proven experience building component libraries (e.g., Storybook).
- Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants and tooling.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress) and performance optimization.
Nice to Have

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
