We’re looking for a Staff Developer/Software Architect to help shape what’s next. In this role, you’ll take a systems-level view of ECHO, designing the architecture and infrastructure needed to support its evolution into a scalable SaaS platform . You’ll ensure the product remains functional, secure, and reliable, while enabling rapid development and onboarding of new clients.

This is a role for someone who connects the dots between features, systems, and user needs. You’ll guide how the platform is built and scaled, mentor developers across the team, and play a key role in delivering a product that will become an essential infrastructure for nuclear operators across the globe.

Salary Range: $150-180k (Exact compensation may vary).

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and evolve the system architecture with a focus on scalability, multi-tenancy, modularity, and performance as ECHO transitions into a SaaS platform.

What Will Help You Succeed

• 8–10 years of full stack development experience, with a strong foundation in architectural design and scalable platform development.
• Proven success building or evolving a SaaS product, including knowledge of multi-tenant systems, tenant onboarding, data partitioning, and secure deployment patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with API development, systems integration, and relational databases (especially PostgreSQL).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, infrastructure-as-code, and agile product delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to raise the bar across a growing engineering team.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with Maximo, ACE, or other enterprise asset management tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms used by technical teams.
• Experience integrating OpenAI or other LLM-based tools into enterprise workflows.
• Knowledge of regulatory and operational challenges in nuclear or other safety-critical industries.
