Sr Technical Implementation Specialist
About the role
Are you passionate about delivering seamless software implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction? As a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist, you'll lead post-contract integration projects, guide customers through the adoption of our cutting-edge software solutions, and ensure timely, high-quality implementations. This role provides full autonomy to manage projects, demonstrate the product, solve technical challenges, and build lasting customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Project Management: Own end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct kick-off calls, technical deep dives, weekly status meetings, training sessions, and post-implementation hyper-care to guarantee customer success.
- Technical Leadership: Configure our platform for customer needs, oversee API integrations, and advise on technical best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless hand-off and resolution of any issues.
- Process Development: Define and document tailored implementation processes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and participating in team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in SaaS, software delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology implementation.
- Proven success in technical implementations and project management.
- Experience with API integrations and familiarity with systems like Postman, WMS, OMS, TMS, or multi-carrier shipping platforms.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
Pay Range $115,000.00-$135,000.00
