Lead the execution of capital investment projects from concept through completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI to ensure project success.
Manage external relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, engineering service providers, and regulatory agencies.

Your Experience
BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.

Knowledge of continuous improvement principles in engineering design.
Proven ability to translate project requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing experiencerequired.
Compensation
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.Our Benefits
