Senior Product Manager — Customer Experience AI

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the client-facing delivery of our AI-powered customer intelligence platform for a major enterprise client. You will be the single point of ownership — bridging enterprise stakeholders and Veyn.ai's engineering and AI teams — driving the project from discovery through go-live. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how a large organisation understands and optimises thousands of daily customer interactions.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Product Officer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Own the enterprise client relationship end-to-end, from discovery to go-live.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive presentations.
• Translate business objectives into precise, actionable product requirements.
• Proactively manage scope, timelines, and expectations — escalating risks before they become problems.
Product Definition & Delivery
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, evaluation frameworks, and analytics dashboards.
• Own end-to-end project planning, milestone tracking, and UAT through go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI/ML, QA, and UX teams.
Technical Coordination
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering and AI/ML teams.
• Oversee integration across contact centre platforms (Genesys, Avaya), CRMs (Salesforce), and messaging tools (Infobip).
• Define API specs, data mapping, and transformation logic; ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in product management, solutions delivery, or business analysis — with at least 2 years in a client-facing enterprise role.
Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of contact centre operations and CX metrics: CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and/or call centre platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Five9).
Technical Fluency
• Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with SaaS products, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile/scrum delivery.
• Working knowledge of data privacy standards: GDPR, CCPA.
AI & Analytics (Preferred)
• Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics, conversation intelligence, or NLP products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies for AI outputs.
Communication & Leadership
• Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships and present to C-level stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to align diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in telecom, hospitality, e-commerce, or high-volume CX environments.
• Prior exposure to the Middle East or GCC market.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Certification in product management (CSPO, Pragmatic) or business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
