What You’ll Do As the Senior Manager, Partner Analytics , you will lead a team of high-performing analysts to deliver strategic insights and data-driven solutions that power our partnerships and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, and Technology leaders to support new and ongoing initiatives that drive business impact and partner success.

Your team’s work will inform key decisions through in-depth analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement across our partner ecosystem. You will champion analytical rigor, foster innovation in how we use data, and mentor your team to develop scalable analytical solutions that advance organizational priorities.

The Day to Day

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Analytics Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts; foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and data excellence.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Public Health, or Business Analytics).

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, including at least 1 year in a people management or team leadership role.
• Ability to travel and be onsite as needed to meet business and partner needs. Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Proven success in developing and implementing analytical frameworks in healthcare, value-based care, or population health settings.
• Experience working with healthcare claims, labs, EMR, or clinical data.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models and risk-based contracts.
• Experience building and maintaining financial or operational forecast models.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis (a plus).
