Job Title : Senior IT Executive

Department : IT

Experience : Min 8 yrs in similar experience

Salary: Up to50k NTH/Month

Location : Salt Lake Sec V, Kolkata

Industry Preference: Laboratories, Diagnostics & Hospitals only

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), Preferred ITDOSE
Knowledge in Interface of two software programs
Looks into the software and hardware part of computer presents in the laboratory
Mandatory Knowledge in NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) or Laboratories IT Audits
Solve the IT related issues of Retail Centers on priority
Support IT Related Issues to Center Staffs
Creation of User login ID for new employee and providing appropriate rights
Software Training and Development to the employee
Communication with the Software provider vendor on regular basis to ramp up the work
