Job Description At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As an Insights Analyst, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world to uncover insights that help our field sales and customer success teams drive value for some of LinkedIn’s largest Talent Solutions customers.
You will work closely with sales and CS partners to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform decisions and shape customer strategy. Success in this role requires the ability to confidently communicate insights to non technical audiences, build trust through strong partnership, and proactively identify opportunities where data can influence outcomes.
You will operate as a consultative partner to account teams, using analytics and business judgment to improve efficiency, support change management, and expand the value we deliver to customers. You will confidently represent LinkedIn using your deep expertise in LinkedIn data, SQL, and industry talent trends, applying these to real world customer challenges at scale.
