We’re now seeking a talented and Full Stack Engineer to join our team and drive our technical strategy forward.

Job Description:

We’re looking for an exceptional individual who embodies the perfect blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading our technical development, driving innovation, and making strategic decisions that will shape the future of Blainy. Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of our technical strategy, aligning with the company’s overall vision and goals
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our web, desktop, and Electron applications
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack, including DevOps, infrastructure, and security
Collaborate with the founding team to make executive decisions and drive business growth

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web (MERN), desktop, and Electron applications. (Freelancing duration counts)
Strong expertise in DevOps, infrastructure, and security
Experience with AI, LLMs, ChatGPT APIs, and related technologies (RAG and AI agents a plus)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a logical and rational approach
Strong mathematical foundation and ability to apply mathematical concepts to real-world problems
Experience leading technical teams and making executive decisions
