Responsibilities

LMI is looking for an accomplished and expert Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team in either a remote or hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate for this role should possess advanced technical skills and extensive experience in full stack development. Successful Sr. Full Stack Engineers should exhibit a high degree of creativity and innovation, particularly in quickly developing unique solutions to address customer needs. This role requires engineers who can work independently, displaying a high level of self-motivation and initiative. Equally important is the capacity to collaborate effectively as part of a small, dynamic team. The Full Stack Engineers on our Sales Engineering team quickly tailor and adapt our existing platforms (LIGER, RAPTR, IronSled) to show how they could solve specific customer problems. They may lso build net new proofs of concept that demonstrate potential solutions and drive sales. This combination of technical expertise, creativity, focus on sales outcomes, ability to see the art of the possible, and collaborative spirit is essential for thriving in the fast-paced and innovative environment at LMI.

This Sr. Full Stack Engineer will:

Quickly tailor existing platforms (LIGER, RAPTR, IronSled) to address and solve specific customer problems.
Independently, or as part of a small team, build new proofs of concept to demonstrate potential solutions and drive sales.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of a SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Familiarity with the MEAN Stack, with emphasis on full stack development in typescript.
Experience with Angular
Advanced proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in PostgreSQL.
Experience interacting with APIs to provide integrated solutions.

Desired Skills

Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team of engineers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions rapidly.
Experience in sales engineering within the federal government sector, with a deep understanding of federal customers' unique challenges and requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and project management techniques, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions.

Self-directed, detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing work efforts and manage the impact of shifting priorities.

Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity requirements and vulnerability management concepts.
