The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant's years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will Do Assist SCMG CFO in planning and analysis related to SCMG sub-entities to include but is not limited to: Metis, Focus Health and SharpCare. Develop analytics to assess monthly physician productivity, financial performance by entity, and ROI of investments. Will act as a consultant and trainer for SCMG physicians and staff in developing operating budgets and monitoring financial performance of operations to improve profitability. Assist leadership with new sub-entities, evaluation and analysis of business growth opportunities and initiatives.
