As we continue scaling, we are looking for a Senior Finance Associate to strengthen financial operations, reporting, and process efficiency.evenue growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY Sr Finance Associate You will be the core operator of Finance at Nextail, owning the full monthly close cycle, forecasting, and the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, and leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is rigorous, proactive, and comfortable navigating both operational detail and strategic context.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly close & forecasting — Own the end-to-end monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain and update rolling forecasts.
• Financial reporting & audit — Prepare internal and external financial reports, support the annual accounts process, and act as point of contact for auditors.
• Accounting & bookkeeping — Record and review accounting entries in Holded, maintain the general ledger, and ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP (PGC).
• Client billing & collections — Manage the full invoice-to-cash cycle.
• Treasury & cash flow — Monitor treasury positions, prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Ad hoc finance support — Contribute to contract reviews, commission calculations, KYB processes, and strategic finance projects as the business evolves.
